Has my order shipped?
Click the "My Account > View Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status and to track your order.
Is my item in stock?
If you can select an item then it is in-stock. Our inventory status is live and updates immediatly. On the rare occasion that an item is out of stock when ordered we will contact you to see if you want the item backordered or canceled. We will not automatically backorder an item.
How do I create an account?

How much is my shipping?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

When will my order ship?
Most items ship within 24 hours. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
Do you ship Internationally?
No, we do not ship internationally at this time. We only ship to the United States and to APO/FPO addresses.
